REFUND POLICY

Our policy is valid for 30 days. If 30 days have passed since your purchase, unfortunately, we cannot provide a refund or exchange.

To be eligible for a return, your item must be unused and in the same condition as when you received it. It must also be in the original packaging.

If you have placed an order with us and are eligible for cancellation, please note that the order is subject to a $5.00 restocking fee.

In order to complete your return, we need a receipt or proof of purchase.

Do not return your purchase to the manufacturer.

In some cases only partial refunds will be given (if applicable)

Any item not in its original condition Damaged or missing parts due to no fault of ours
Any item returned more than 30 days after delivery

Refund (if applicable)
Once your return has been received and reviewed, we will send you an email to let you know that we have received your returned item. We will also notify you to approve or deny your refund.
If approved, we'll process your refund and automatically apply the credit limit to your credit card or original payment method within a certain number of days.

Delayed or lost refunds (if applicable)
If you have not received your refund, please double check your bank account first.
Then contact your credit card company and it may take some time for your refund to be officially released.
Then contact your bank. It usually takes some processing time before a refund is issued.

Sale items (if applicable)
are only refundable for regular-priced items; unfortunately, specials are non-refundable.

Replacement (if applicable)
We only replace items if they are faulty or damaged. If you need to exchange the same item, please send an email to servicesupport001@mqcontactmail.com

Gifts
If an item is marked as a gift at checkout and shipped directly to you, you will receive Gift Points equal to the amount returned. Upon receipt of the returned item, a gift card will be sent to you.

If the item was not marked as a gift at the time of purchase, or the order was sent to you as a gift, we will refund the gift and notify you of the return.

You are responsible for paying your own shipping costs to return your item. Shipping is non-refundable. If you receive a refund, return shipping will be deducted from your refund.

Depending on where you live, exchanged products may take different times to reach you.

If you're shipping more than $75, consider using a trackable shipping service or purchasing shipping insurance. We do not guarantee that we will receive your returned item.
